About /Faulsey

Azeroth:
/Faulsey is the third incarnation of Faulsey’s (Dragonblight -EU) WoW blog – having moved from Blogger, to free WordPress (where it was called Master’s Call), to own-domain. The current name is inspired by the BA Chatroom bloggers. When I first started to visit BA, I had just started raiding – so I spent a lot of time being excited yet panicky in there. Eventually, they coined the term /faulseying to describe a state of excitement mixed with mild panic.
While this originally started as a Hunter blog, my Shaman alt began to hog the spot light… after a brief period of denial, I accepted the fact that I really, really wanted to make her my Main character, which finally pushed me to press on with a new blog name and domain.
Currently, I have two level 80′s – Ellaria, a Draenei Enhancement Shaman, and Faulsey, also a Draenei, Beast Mastery Hunter. Ellaria is my main character – I’ll hopefully start raiding on her soon, and I intend for her to be more progressed. Faulsey will see some raid action, but he’s mostly going to do the "other" stuff in game – collect pets and mounts, that sort of stuff! I also play a Feral Druid who I intend to take to 80 someday, plus the obligatory plethora of alts across various other servers and factions.
I don’t really intend to do anything groundbreaking here – I’ll occasionally put up guides and opinions that may be helpful, but I hope you’ll enjoy just keeping up with my day-to-day WoW activities.
Earth:
In real life, I live in Scotland, somewhere around here.
At the risk of letting politics slip into the blog, I definitely consider myself Scottish first and British second. While I don’t object to being called British, I hate being called English, as that is totally inaccurate. That would be akin to me calling someone from New York a Texan.
When not WoWing, I tend to be at my part time job in a Supermarket (Oh, the joys), biding my time until I start my Mechatronics course at University, playing various other vidyagames, and occasionally quizzing at the local pub – though our quiz team has yet to win. That is totally not my fault. -cough-
If you wish to contact me (for whatever reason, you crazy people), you may do so via e-mail at Faulsey@gmail.com, or if you prefer, @Faulsey on twitter.
